Team Introduction
TikTok Business Integrity team is at the core to power monetization drive for TikTok on a global scale. The team builds the foundation to safeguard our advisement platform and use cutting-edge technologies to bring the most value to our users as well as business partners. In Singapore, we commit to uphold the integrity of the platform by taking advantage of human insights to know more about advertisers and use signals to optimize the tradeoff between risk and advertiser experience.

Responsibilities
- Define business problems, goals and product solutions of TikTok ads Integrity that keeps our users from violating ads
- Design strategies that can better balance the goal of risk control and revenue growth
- Learn from users' feedback, case analysis and measurements to find new opportunities
- Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams and drive the team's success

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin is required for product launches and communication with external Chinese stakeholders.
- 3+ years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1 (this does not include total years of experience)
- Experience building solutions addressing content quality or authenticity a plus
- Experience building solutions based on artificial intelligence or machine learning
- Experience synthesizing data both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions
- Outstanding interpersonal skills communicating both in person and in writing
- Ability to influence without authority

- Intellectual humility, honesty and curiosity
