Product Manager (Checkout Experience)

About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead and oversee the development of complex payment solutions aiming to serve big enterprise merchants, marketplaces, payment facilitators and other multi-seller businesses and providing end-to-end seamless experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Identify stakeholders’ problems and build scalable solutions that bring value. 
• Set goals, track metrics, and use data as your tool to make the right decision and support your position.
• Manage relationships with partners and merchants, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and support.
• Develop the roadmap and requirements based on your communication with stakeholders and prioritise accordingly. 
• Lead the engineering team and deliver according to expectations. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve goals. 

Requirements:

• A combination of 3+ years in a Product manager / Product owner role and at least 2 years’ experience working for a payment processor, payment facilitator, digital or retail marketplace or an acquirer. 
• In-depth knowledge of the payments industry and financial services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of how multi-seller businesses operate and how onboarding and financial processes are structured.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to get insights from data and act on it.
• Understanding of market trends and driver product development accordingly. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, both external and internal.
• Experience with vendor management. 
• Leadership skills, ability to lead, motivate and coach team members to build a high performing team.
• Excellent stakeholders’ management skills. 
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English.
