Product Manager - Claims Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the Claims Integrations product development team in defining a standardized process for claims integrations to ensure continued, successful delivery to our partners while building out integration configuration products that allow us to operationalize integrations and to allow us to grow our integration partner portfolio efficiently.
You will be in the driver’s seat and responsible for defining the product requirements, creating clarity and alignment across all the teams that need to contribute. But you won’t be alone. You will be partnered with skilled counterparts across the organization to formulate, ideate, research, discover, and deliver the best-in-class integration products and processes that enables Collective Health to effectively grow and scale to support millions of members nationwide.
We are looking for someone to join our product development team that wants to build the products that our customers love in order to make Collective Health’s mission of fixing healthcare a reality. Processing, adjudicating and analyzing claims is core to what we do here at Collective Health, and as our business continues to grow, so will the number of data sources for this information. We are using technology to relentlessly scale Collective Health’s claims infrastructure and are looking for a brilliant Product Manager to help coordinate these efforts, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the roadmap to make it happen.
While we are embracing a remote-flexible work week, employees are expected to be within commuting distance of an office. The frequency of in-office days will be determined on a team-by-team basis closer to the reopening of our offices.
Responsibilities- Identify and scope business needs and translate those needs into product requirements
- Own your product area and manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for our Claims Integration product development team
- Streamline our integrations process to shorten integration timelines and reduce cost of maintenance
- Support and define a standardized integration process and guidance for partners, data architects, program managers, and support team handling mappings/transformations
- Lead and manage net new integrations, supporting the team in discovery with partners, project management and overall vendor relationship management
- Participate in and influence the definition of, overall, integration best practices
- Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and opportunities based on company goals and objectives
- Participate in build vs. buy decision-making pertaining to critical integrations infrastructure
- Partner with the engineering team to scope necessary work and ensure that features are delivered to specification
- Manage the backlog of features and prioritize appropriately
- Communicate progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Track record of successfully delivering large, high-impact projectsÂ
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Experience working with stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions and prioritize requests
- Familiarity with enterprise software development
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare or health insurance is a plus!
- Experience with 837/835 or other standard file interchanges is also a plus!
