Product Manager, Cloud Security

We are seeking a talented Product Manager with a drive to succeed in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Specifically, you will be part of our Cisco Umbrella Secure Internet Gateway product management team. Secure Internet Gateway includes our DNS Security, Secure Web Gateway, Cloud-delivered firewall, Cloud Application Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Remote Browser Isolation cloud security stack. This is high impact and visible role that directly correlates to customer happiness and thus retention/revenue.
You will be tasked with working with Engineering teams, UX, Product Marketing and both internal and external stakeholders to build and support products, features and services that delight and engage our customers. We are looking for someone who can solve problems creatively and collaboratively, is data-driven, and can work effectively in a highly distributed team environment. What you'll do:
• Identify market problems, working closely with UX + Engineering toestablish deliverables and schedules that align with goals
• Work with Product Marketing to develop messaging and positioning that explain technical and business value
• Analyze complex business problems into discrete user stories
• Prioritize issues, feature requests and managing product backlogs
• Validate requirements and resulting products with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment & success
• Structuring effective experimentation frameworks (build-measure-learn),for understanding feature impact and key metrics/KPIs
Who You Are:
• 3+ years of product management experience at a successful company in the security, infrastructure, networking or a related software field
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Have experience helping with the long-term strategy and vision for a product or product line
• Experience forecasting market opportunities, projected revenue, and potential market share
• Strong analytical mindset. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and find meaningful insights in varied data sets
• Very strong champion of the lean startup principles, user experience and design thinking
• Someone who brings a great attitude to what you do everyday and has fun doing it
