In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our self-service product strategy to drive value for our agents and customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and use this knowledge to drive the product roadmap and ensure it meets the needs of our agents and customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Think strategically and creatively to gather product and process insights from customers, agents, and key internal /external stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth market research, execute A/B tests, and facilitate user feedback sessions to validate the product direction
  • Test and optimize specific parts of the customer journey/funnel that will drive KPIs for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Craft and prioritize a roadmap for our self-service agent and consumer products which balances experimentation, new product enhancements and existing product optimizations
  • Partner will the customer experiences team as the delivery channel subject matter expert, creating high-quality, intuitive user experiences around the product and services
  • Partner closely with engineers, operations, product marketing, sales, customer success, risk, and finance to ensure our agents and customers are at the center of everything we build
  • Manage, coach, and collaborate with product owner in the development of detailed product requirements/user stories, working with cross-functional teams to drive product execution and business objectives
  • Manage communication pertaining to product updates and ongoing development

Role Requirements

  • A college degree and/or relevant experience of minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on consumer products, marketplaces, or self-service products
  • You have a proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies with excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with teams in different locations
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling skills to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non- technical stakeholders
  • You're data driven and have a knack for experimentation and using data and customer insights to make decisions
  • Organizational and project management skills with ability to break large tasks into smaller tasks that can be monitored and tracked
  • Team player with ability to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • You have experience working in retail digitization and consumer facing products

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $99,705 - $149,500 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
