The Opportunity

Our Product team directly influences our company financials through innovative problem solving and testing solutions on our consumer products. We are looking to add a Product Manager to our team whose efforts will support the success of our product roadmap through data analysis, conversion rate optimization, lead quality, new revenue generation on consumer products, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role will initially focus on learning the intricacies of lead generation and lead delivery to our buyers across the products we offer. We firmly believe that understanding the differences in products will provide a foundation for the Product Manager to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Power BI and Google Analytics to identify areas of growth and points of friction across our consumer products
• Define, write, and speak to functional requirements around the growth of product solutions, and A/B tests of identified friction points and oversee their development
• Work with consumer experience designers and internal stakeholders (i.e. analytics, sales, and compliance) to develop strategic outcomes to support your key initiatives
• Own multiple product roadmaps, monitor, and track the success of all tests and implementations made through identified core KPI’s
• Ability to effectively communicate prioritizations for decisions through strong written and verbal skills to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of product management experience (background with digital marketing, lead generation or tech marketing preferred)
• Experience with site conversion and optimization
• Track record of using web analytics (preferably Google Analytics) to identify user pain points
• Experience working in a startup environment and being comfortable with an evolving product roadmap with fast-paced deadlines
• Proven experience working in a performance-driven environment with product goals tied directly towards revenue or other KPI’s
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-look ups, Count, IF Statements, etc)
• Basics understanding of how HTML, CSS and JavaScript interact on web pages
• Proven success at working with all levels of the organization and ability to influence teams/individuals along the way

Employment Information

• Preferred Location: Denver, CO (hybrid work environment)
• Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 + 30% bonus paid quarterly
• Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
