Role in Nutshell: 

As a Product Manager - Content, you will develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the overall SEO strategy, content strategy, and business goals, with the goal of increasing organic traffic. You will manage and mentor a team of content creators, conduct keyword and topic research, and prioritize the user experience in all content efforts.

Desired Experience:

• 8-10 years of overall experience, preferably B2B SAAS

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or a related field

• A strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to prioritize the user experience in content efforts.

• The ability to think strategically and develop long-term content plans

• Experience managing and mentoring a team of content creators

• Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track the performance of the content

• Strong skills in keyword research and analysis will be preferred 

What will you do:

• Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the overall SEO strategy, Content strategy, and business goals, with the goal of increasing organic traffic.

• Set the direction for the SEO and content team, including managing and mentoring team members.

• Conduct ongoing keyword & topic research and analysis, and identify opportunities for creating and optimizing high-quality content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and align content strategy with business goals.

• Analyze and track the performance of content, using data to inform strategy and optimize existing content.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the content product.

• Prioritize the user experience in all content efforts, including the design and layout of content, the tone and style of writing, and the overall usability of the content product. Utilize user research and testing methods to ensure that content is meeting the needs and expectations of the target audience.
