Job Description:
The ideal Product Manager for this role:

Responsibilities:

Identify KPIs and create a framework for measuring user success, productivity, and efficiency.

Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions. Monitor key metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency to identify improvement areas and validate implemented solutions' success.

Ideate and launch the next generation set of initiatives to help aid in the order fulfillment.

Lead a product area: own, develop, and execute a feature roadmap to hit key KPIs and overall business goals.

Develop a clear product vision and strategy for your area.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with the overall company vision and contribute to the product roadmap's development.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas where Poshmark can differentiate and lead in supporting innovation.
6-Month Accomplishments:Â

Identify KPIs and create a metrics framework for measuring feature success.

Be a champion of your product area.

Develop and own the product roadmap.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Â

Proven experience of 2-4+ years in product management.
-
Passion for customer-centricity and a track record of driving customer-focused product enhancements.

Has experience running customer research independently to gain customer empathy.Â

Strong analytical background and data-driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects from ideation to successful execution.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Flexible to work in overlapping time zones and collaborate effectively with HQ teams
Salary Range:
$107,000.00 - $152,500.00 Annual
