We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Creative product team to oversee our creative ad serving products and ecosystem. The Creative product team is committed to empowering advertisers with the tools they need to deliver the most compelling & impactive creative experiences to their audience. 

As the Product Manager of the Creative Delivery squad, you will report directly to the Director of Product, Creative, and will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Dev & QA in building innovative solutions to simplify and streamline ad lifecycle management - from campaign set up, to launch and delivery. You will manage cross functional relationships with key stakeholders across the company and oversee all deliverables to ensure product release readiness and post-release success. 

You will:

  • Product Lifecycle Management - Take ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to definition, planning, development, and launch. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution at each stage.
  • UI/UX Oversight - Partner with UX Design to oversee the end-to-end self-service experience of creative management in our campaign user interface, including the set up, configuration, launch, and post-launch optimization of creatives
  • Ad Serving Oversight - Partner with the Ad Serving technical lead to oversee the entire ad delivery ecosystem. Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for all matters related to creative ad serving. Continuously analyze trends in customer issues to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations
  • Customer-Centric Approach - Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points related to creative set up, management, and delivery. Actively engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate user insights to guide product development decisions and prioritize feature enhancements
  • Analytical Problem Solving - Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify areas for improvement, optimize ad serving performance, and make informed decisions
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the company, including senior leadership. Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and driving consensus on product requirements and roadmap

You have:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in managing product launches and/or project management, product management, product development, operations, or similar field that demonstrates cross-functional leadership and collaboration
  • Comprehensive understanding of ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, OpenX, AppNexus, or similar 
  • Technical familiarity with the infrastructure of backend services and technologies; experience working with ad serving, ad tracking, and/or targeting services is a plus  
  • Knowledge of the adtech industry and ecosystem is a plus - ie. programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), etc
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - verbal, written, and in presentation format 
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity that sometimes accompanies innovation
  • Extremely organized, able to work independently, multi-task and manage complex projects in a rapidly changing environment; 
  • Proficient in project management tools and processes; PMP, CSM, CSPO certifications are a plus
  • Track record of attracting, motivating, and developing team members
