Product Manager, CRM Technology

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the CRM Technology group in Snap Engineering! As a member of the Information Technology org, you will drive design & delivery of projects & features primarily leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Force.com platform. You’ll collaborate with various Business Units to build scalable MarTech and Sales CRM applications. You should be an expert on out of the box capabilities of salesforce and have a good understanding of customization capabilities leveraging apex and lightning component framework.
What you’ll do:
Work with Marketing Ops Managers/Specialists, Product Managers and Customers to understand business priorities.
Work with engineers and Salesforce admins to produce solution design specifications and get them aligned with business partners.
Manage delivery and timeline expectations with business stakeholders.
Manage backlog and groom stories for admins and developers.
Build documentation & contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Work to define an architectural strategy that allows for improvement while maintaining a stable and secure environment for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Lead requirements gathering and planning sessions with our implementation and marketing teams to collaboratively develop and communicate the product roadmap and prioritize new features.
Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor performance to drive incremental improvements.Â
Think holistically and work cross-functionally to design and improve processes and tools, work with both highly technical and non-technical disciplines to ensure that program inputs and requirements are translated to achieve the desired results
Ensure proper utilization of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, Studios and Builders, connections to the CRM and other digital marketing platforms
Ensure Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance meets all regulatory and data privacy requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated modules – including Email Studio, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder and others.
In depth knowledge of the core Salesforce platform, it’s Out of the Box and customization capabilities, best practices and limitations.
Managing large cross functional projects using project management tools and documentation.
Writing technical specifications and getting alignment from engineers and business stakeholders.
Managing project delivery timelines.
Deep understanding of data security, privacy & protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, CAN-SPAM etc) and how to effectively secure sensitive data in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Strong functional knowledge of digital marketing concepts and processes, and products in the MarTech or AdTech space
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience with 2 of those years in a large Salesforce org i.e. greater than 1000 users.
Minimum 3+ years experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience developing solutions and/or managing large scale implementations on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
In depth knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack (Studios and Builders, CDP, Datorama, Pardot, Marketing Cloud Connect etc)
Preferred qualifications:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Consultant/Developer certification
Experience managing a large Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
Experience building or designing complex application integrations.
Experience with Ad Platforms or online Ads Industry.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscripting, SQL
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field.
 For NY based applicants:Â
The standard base salary range for this position is $145,000 - 165,000 annually
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash bonus
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
