Product Manager, Customer Experience

As the Product Manager for Customer Experience, you will manage customer journeys for sign-up, onboarding, support, payments, marketplace, and more. This key role will build the relationship with our users and work closely with marketing on growth and operations for retention. Reporting to the Group PM, Developer Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a leading role from day one with room for growth based on the impact you deliver.

• Define clear user requirements that build a platform that connects across our products
• Engage with our design team on crafting delightful user experiences
• Work with user research to understand our various stakeholders unique needs
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver on the vision

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 4+ years of previous product management experience
• Experience creating products that onboard and retain users
• Previous experience successfully launching multiple SaaS products and core user journeys
• Outstanding communication skills, both at the executive level and with peers
• Integrity that fosters a culture of trust across product, business, and engineering
• Ability to dive into and breakdown complex problems across multiple users

• M.B.A. and/or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or Design
• Experience in SaaS, Growth, and Customer Lifecycle
• Exceptionally organized and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership on all projects
• Experience with building a product from 0 to 1

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $139,200 - $212,520 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
