Product Manager, Customer Product Platform

You’ll work with, and help form, Carta’s Customer Product Platform team. The team works together to make the customer experience across Carta products clear and smooth. You’ll work closely with Carta’s platform engineering and core product teams to leverage the appropriate underlying data and services, deliver the necessary front end components, and own the appropriate pages that span our products across the Carta universe and above each individual product.

The team works fast paced, ships iteratively, and pairs helping customers today with defining longer term vision and strategy as a platform team

Customer Communication

• Ensure data flows appropriately across our products so that Carta’s ecosystem helps each of our customers use new products more easily
• We surface the appropriate notifications and experiences across our products

You have experience running and scaling a product group in a new area, ideally with a “front-end” focused, customer facing product(s).
You enjoy closely partnering with Engineering and Design counterparts.
You are comfortable teaching, get your hands dirty, and can separate problems to communicate them effectively.
You are an expert at reification and excited to learn.
You embrace change and thrive in a growing environment.
