Job Description The Cyber Intelligence product team oversees setting the strategy for Brand Protection, Fraud and Threat Intelligence, Threat Modeling and Network Telemetry across the firm. The product function helps the organization understand the risks of the most common and severe external threats and includes in-depth information about potential attack sources relevant to the firm. Intelligence focuses on developing capabilities that prevent and detect unauthorized network activities, including enabling network traffic visibility and performing real-time content inspection. We are looking for an experienced Network Telemetry Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Network Telemetry Product Manager, you will lead the product vision and strategy for our network telemetry product line.
This includes:
  • Passion and knowledge of network automation, telemetry trends and technologies.
  • Partner with internal network architecture, engineering, operations teams, and other stakeholders to define and manage product roadmaps, feature development, and product maintenance.
  • Ensuring integration with key product domains including Attack Analysis, Cloud, Global Regulatory and Compliance, Endpoint Detection & Response, Training and Assessments, Vulnerability Management and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
  • Vendor management with oversight in the development, implementation, and management of our network telemetry strategy.
  • Selecting, negotiating, and overseeing the performance of our vendors, as well as analyzing and reporting on their performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Network Telemetry products meet customer requirements, align with our Network Telemetry objectives and key results, deliverables, dependencies & benefits.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents Network Telemetry objectives and key results, deliverables, dependencies & benefits.
  • Ensure audit and regulatory commitments to products are mapped to book of work.
  • Operates in a customer centric mode use risk methodologies to translate the needs of the business and its customers into feature-level requirements in product backlogs.
  • Analyze threat landscape and develop programs to enhance overarching product risk posture
  • Lead across multiple teams to illustrate strategy is reducing risk and meets needs of JPMC (JPMorgan Chase) customers. Partner with other product leads, architects, and engineers to reduce risk.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner/Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Technical or product management experience in Cybersecurity to include one or more of the following areas:
    • Attack Analysis
    • Network Telemetry
    • Assessments, Malware & Security Research
    • Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM)
    • Endpoint Protection
    • Vulnerability Management
