Role Description
Dalet Flex is a configurable content supply chain solution that resolves the multi-platform delivery needs of today’s content creators and distributors. To support the increasing success of this product, we are looking for a Product Manager to join the existing team and contribute to the evolution of Dalet Flex Enterprise, which addresses the requirements of Tier 1 media organizations as well as being the foundation for Dalet Flex SaaS which targets lower tier markets.
As a Product Manager, you will actively interact with product, R&D and field teams, as well as directly with customers to innovate and deliver an industry-leading product to the market.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product roadmap by analyzing market research, customer feedback, and USPs for our target markets.
- Collaborate with the design team to create a fantastic user experience.
- Define high level and detailed requirements in interaction with R&D and Customer Success Operations.
- Support development teams in the triage and resolution of technical support issues.
- Evangelize the product during public and private events.
- Be a point of contact for sales and technical field teams and contribute to the product knowledge base with the documentation team.
Mandatory
- 2+ years of either Product Management or customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
- Knowledge of Jira and Aha! or other product management tools.
- Experience working with Agile software development practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working on large, complex projects with remote teams.
- Ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
- Travel, when safe to do so, will be required to participate in internal/external meetings.
Highly desirable
- Knowledge of software development concepts with experience in Java or NodeJS.
- Practical experience in cloud native architectures, concepts, and technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Product Management experience working on a B2B SaaS product.
