WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Product Manager who is interested in delivering innovative 3D tools to Nike's Footwear and Apparel Design teams. We seek someone with a solid understanding in software product development and a proven track record of delivering solutions that amplify creativity for designers, supporting the team that is building future forward digital design solutions. It is important, in this role, to understand how product design works, from moments of inspiration and ideation through to communicating out to partners who help realize the final physical product. This role will have accountability for the delivery of digital products and their performance with internal users. This includes ownership over product and features within the Nike Product Design space. This role sits in the DPC Digital Product Design team, a team focused on igniting the digital design revolution at Nike.

Candidates should have a background in 3D design tools inclusive of Unreal & Unity, Gravity Sketch and other VR/AR design programs, and Adobe Substance Suite. In addition, a background and knowledge of AI, machine learning and generative capabilities is desired.

This person is also proactive, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly adapt to new technologies. This individual is passionate about design and the 3D tools that can help amplify creativity.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This Product Manager will lead all aspects of the lifecycle of a digital product from concept and testing through to launch and maturity. This is a user-centric role, working to translate the needs of Product Design into digital experiences while balancing a connection to strategic priorities. The Product Manager is ultimately accountable for timely value drops, feature delivery and user sentiment. This includes mapping feature specification to user needs, running ongoing prototyping and functional testing with end users, drafting, and prioritizing against Key Results as well as measuring and maximizing user sentiment. We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, inventive, user-focused teammate who can simultaneously understand the big picture and have a strong command of the details.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with partners from Footwear and Apparel design, software engineering, program management, technical product management, transition management, user experience design, our user group, and cross-functional business partners (e.g. data governance, marketing, etc.) to bring our experiences to market.

As an expert in 3D tools, you will help keep your teammates up to speed on what is possible, assuring DPC delivers the most innovative digital design solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training

- 2 years' proven experience in Digital Product Management and Product Delivery

- Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment

- Command of qualitative research, and analytical and quantitative research skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up actions

- Command of 3D tool and experience landscap3

- Experience operating in Agile/SCRUM delivery methodology

- Strong analytical abilities

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise in 3D Design software

- Experience in artificial intelligence and generative solutions

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research in partnership with Design and Engineering to deliver User-Centric experiences

- Create and champion data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy that supports Nike strategies. Identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives.

- Continuously monitor and share relevant technology trends, competitive offerings and best-of-breed executions.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, from conception through launch and maturity. Strategize and execute on growth initiatives in operating live products and capabilities.

- Develop expected outcomes/business cases to justify product investments

- Run a fluid intake and prioritization process to develop a product, feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of Product and Material Development needs.

- Define product KPIs, derive key insights, drive reporting tools, and devise and implement experiments and multivariate tests to find product solutions

- Drive prioritization and backlog grooming on the basis of product performance

- Lead agile squads and backlog for successful delivery within an Agile methodology

- Build, manage, and evangelize the product roadmap for both functional and non-functional features that increase the speed and ease with which we specify and make new physical product and materials, including Footwear, Accessories and Apparel.
