Product Manager / Designer

We are looking for a remote Product Manager with design experience. This is a long-term full-time (40 hrs/wk) role.

While Hubstaff's working hours are flexible to your requirements, we expect this professional will be working into the typical working hours of UTC-7 to UTC-3 (Monday - Friday). So this opportunity is only available for candidates living in America (North, Central, or South).

What You'll Do:

• Plan & prioritize: Work cross functionally with other teams and customers to plan and prioritize features for our products.
• Research & empathy: Spend time getting to know our customers, their industries, their business, and their problems.
• Spec, wireframe & mockup: Think through the scenarios and possible solutions that we could deliver, and spec out the most beneficial with thoughtful details and designs.
• Implementation: Work closely with your development team to review projects, answer questions, and support them as they build new features.
• Product marketing & metrics: Rollout & measure features, collect feedback, and iterate on designs to improve everything we deliver.

Requirements

What You Should Have:

• The ability to discover product problems and design great solutions quickly.
• Interest and empathy for our customers. You're excited to get on calls, meet customers, and try to understand how we can help them run their businesses.
• The ability to take ownership and be organized. Lead multiple projects at a time, follow up with team member requests, post updates, and have a balance of clear process and getting things done
• UX/UI skills that enable you to deliver timely and pixel-perfect designs (we use Figma)
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a development team
• Bonus: Experience working with PMs, using ProductBoard, superb organization and context switching skills, and great collaboration and teamwork.
• Professional experience as Product Manager/ Designer >5 years.

Annual Salary: this will depend on your country's location/currency/taxes. But you should expect a yearly gross salary between USD 60,000.00 and USD 100,000.00.

We get the whole team together on our Annual Retreats to have fun while traveling and getting to know each other! So while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in Portugal (in 2019) and Mexico (in 2018), and we had our first in-person retreat after Covid-19 in the Dominican Republic (Feb 2022 - this year). The next one will happen in November of 2022! Ready?!
