Main responsibilities:

• Drive innovative solutions that improve customer interactions with our products.
• Conduct research in collaboration with domain experts to inform product development and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and security are integral to all processes and solutions.
• Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics for products
• Solve complex problems using cutting-edge technologies, including AI, data, and cloud solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level;
• Excellent english skills (verbal and written) is mandatory;
• Proficiency in Data, AI, and Cloud Technologies and deriving insights from data;
• Strong problem-solving abilities for enterprise-scale challenges;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change;
• Strategic thinking and change management skills;
• Experience in managing global digital product release strategies;
• Product management experience, including planning, budget management, team management, and deployment.

What can make you stand out:

• Good knowledge of Big Data and Machine Learning;
• Entrepreneurial experience in product management, especially with startups or launching new products;
• Sales and marketing experience in digital products;
• Good knowledge of Python;
• Strong interest in digital workspace solutions and a belief in the potential for technology to enhance the employee experience.
