What we're seeking:
The Product Manager, E-commerce - Existing Customer Sales, will be fully accountable for achieving sales targets by creating and executing e-commerce merchandising, messaging, and sales strategies to grow base management revenue. This role will report to the Director of E-Commerce and be directly responsible for driving e-commerce sales and revenue growth. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes one work from home and four assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX.
What we need in you:
This Product Manager position is a business ownership position. We need someone who can come in and understand data to identify opportunities to improve our revenue growth from existing customers. Someone who can work cross functionally in the E-commerce space, communicate to all levels and being new ideas, concepts and best practices to the team will be successful in this role.
What you'll do:
- Own the delivery of sales targets and revenue growth through the Frontier app and MyAccount web portal
- Set, monitor, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the Frontier app and MyAccount web portal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Brand) to launch use cases as detailed in the channel strategy
- Write and update JIRA epics and features to lead functional needs of the business
- Monitor and manage channel performance with a focus on leadership-level reporting and tactical performance management
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests around traffic, performance, and sales
- Manage critical relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Identify sales/e-commerce experience optimizations to drive higher conversion and revenue growth
- Influence product roadmap/features to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate on testing using platform tools (Test and Target) to drive optimization
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure the experience is functioning as expected
- Provide employee/stakeholder training and support

What we offer:

- Salary Range: $59,000 to $167,000
- 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in an e-commerce or digital sales environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance
- Passion for e-commerce, optimization, and improving customer experiences
- Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to contextualize data and "tell the story"
- Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience in E-commerce, with demonstrated expertise in writing requirements, release management, and on-time delivery of customer experiences
- Experience working with IT development and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required Marketing or Sales referred); MBA preferred
