Product Manager - EHR

Position Summary

As a Homecare Homebase Product Manager, you are on the front lines with customers. Because you care about making the lives of nearly 200,000 users better, you strive to listen to their needs and to understand their challenges. Because you also have your eye on Homecare Homebase as a business, you develop strategies to address these challenges in a way that differentiates Homecare Homebase from its competitors. As you gather numerous stakeholder perspectives, you continue our legacy of delivering exceptional and innovative products. Your blend of business and technical savviness, understanding of industry trends, and drive to execute makes you successful.

You are responsible daily for developing and evangelizing the strategy that will help your products to deliver on the company mission and vision. That includes collaboration with internal and external customers, driving project priorities, and ensuring smooth communication among your peer product management teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating decisions around product roadmap, product launch, pricing, analyzing win/loss data, competitive landscape, product profitability, customer satisfaction, and feature requirements
• Oversight of Palliative product line's tactical execution by product owners
• Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities
• Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives
• Engage users to understand user implications of regulations
• Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap
• Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
• Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars

Requirements

• Palliative Experience
• 2+ years of software marketing/product management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to execute on business objectives
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Proven ability to identify problems and lead teams to delivered solutions
• Demonstrated clarity in verbal and written communication
• This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
