Product Manager, Enterprise Platform

• Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for enterprise platform capabilities, aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Own core platform components such as identity and access management, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and enterprise admin tooling
• Drive the development of scalable infrastructure that supports multiple product lines and enables rapid feature delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver seamless platform experiences
• Establish and track key performance metrics related to platform reliability, scalability, enterprise readiness, and user adoption
• Design and optimize reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable governance insights for diverse stakeholders
• Enable internal teams by building reusable platform primitives that improve efficiency and reduce duplication of effort
• Identify and mitigate risks related to security, compliance, and system performance in enterprise environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platform, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS products
• Proven track record of owning and delivering platform capabilities such as identity management, RBAC, multi-tenancy, or reporting systems
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements, including SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, and audit logging
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on architecture decisions and technical trade-offs
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive execution
• Outcome-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business and user value
• Familiarity with AI systems, governance, compliance, or security domains is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; technical background or equivalent experience preferred
