Product Manager, Enterprise Deployment

Chainlink is looking for a technical-minded Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to focus on how our products can best serve enterprise sectors and customers. The right candidate is an experienced technical Product Manager with strong ownership, bias for action, and low ego who can innovate quickly but securely to shape and grow the product and the industry. You will own the strategy and drive adoption of our product effectively as we expand into our customer segments.

Your Impact

• Understand what customers in the Banking and Capital Markets sector need on the way we provision, deploy or deliver Chainlink Platform products for their organization to drive adoption and usage
• Define the strategy to provision, deploy or deliver Chainlink Platform products alongside cross functional partners 
• Define long term vision of our deployment models, prioritize problems and solutions aligned with this vision factoring technical feasibility, cost, time-to-market and value for customers, and define and maintain a roadmap
• Establish the commercial model for our deployment models 
• Drive execution with engineering teams to develop, launch, operate, measure and iterate/improve our deployment models
• Provide input and validation to other product teams on their capabilities and roadmaps to ensure they align with our defined deployment models vision and roadmap
• Communicate and enable GTM teams on our deployment models vision, roadmap and capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field 
• 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role
• Understanding of infrastructure processes to “operate/run” a big software product
• Experience with banking and capital markets or financial services targeted products
• Knowledge of IT policies, certifications, and compliance needs
• Experience with designing organizations and team structures
• Experience working cross-functionally to build, launch, and optimize products and services
• Understanding of decentralized infrastructure; blockchain and smart contracts or otherwise
• Experience in a startup or other rapidly evolving environment
• Ability to work remote and with a global developer team
