With clients in 40+ countries, TotalSoft is one of the oldest local technology companies and the creator of the Charisma ERP. You will be joining a profitable and growing company and a team of 600+ colleagues building some of the most complex products on the market.
You will be part of the crucial ERP Core team, the backbone of the company and a crucial piece element in most of the company's offerings. Your role is instrumental in setting the direction of this essential part of a product used by hundreds of large organizations.About the jobWe’re hiring a Product Manager, ERP Core to oversee our main line of products. You will be partnering with an experienced team of 150+ engineers and implementation consultants to understand the future of ERPs and the market's needs in a new, agentified reality. You will be instrumental in creating the product strategy for your product line.
It will be your role to set a clear vision for this crucial line of products. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Implementation, and R&D departments, as well as with the leadership team.
You’ll leverage insights from our customers and Implementation team to ensure we’re unlocking value for our customers. You’ll help identify and frame these opportunities for our team to tackle, will work, and prioritize the most valuable initiatives.Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager, out of which minimum 2 years of B2B experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products to market.
• Experience in creating product strategy and vision.
• Great at establishing relations and working as a glue between dev, implementation, and leadership
• Strong storytelling skills - making sure the team understands the priorities.
• Excellent at working with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of UX patterns with excellent product sense.
• Technical background preferred but not required.
• Experience with ERP solutions is a major advantage.
• Experience with Financial products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, vision and scope based on discovery work, data, and strategic objectives.
• Manage the product roadmap, including evangelizing your team’s plans and progress.
• Serve as the face of your product within the company, and act as the point person for leadership
• Prioritize and define the release backlog, working with the customer-facing teams and engineering.
• Defines and assures measurement of proper product KPIs/metrics
• Document & Communicate the product evolution, helping the customer-facing teams to be at the top of their game.
• Continuously conduct customer and market research to understand customer's needs and market trends.
• Support the Commercial efforts through data about the product, enablement materials, and product demos internally and externally;

What you won’t do:

• While involved in high-level technical decisions, the PM doesn’t take charge of technical decisions and technical implementation details; the Technical Team Leader has the responsibility; still, you will define usability and performance requirements
