Product Manager, Financial Data

Enova’s hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office T, W, and TH with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. 

Enova’s Platform Product Management Team is looking for a Product Manager with a passion for accounting and financial data and how it’s used for directional reporting. You will work across departments to understand our business objectives and opportunities. You will create business requirements, communicate and prioritize requests for financial reporting and credit facilities, as well prioritizing ad -hoc data requests across Enova. You will work with passionate stakeholders and engineers to deliver successful solutions.  Financial reporting is a critical function to our stakeholders and investors, so you will have a key role in identifying and prioritizing the most important work for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Drives aspects of the product roadmap and leads key initiatives by understanding financial stakeholders’ priorities, writing these requirements, prioritizing the backlog and communicating requirements to the development team.
• Oversees milestones and communicates project status, scope changes and critical metrics to all stakeholders.
• Creates requirements for post-release reporting and other product monitoring to ensure new features are working as expected, responsible for on-going effectiveness of delivered initiatives
• Builds and maintains the feature roadmap and contributes to the long term strategy to keep our platform compliant, secure, resilient, and easy to use.

You’re right for this job if you have:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a product-focused capacity, writing epics, business requirements and use cases.
• An understanding or experience working with financial reporting and data or data services teams 
• An interest in technology, but focus on identifying and prioritizing business needs and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• A working knowledge of agile development principles and processes (Jira Agile a plus)
• An ability to  build relationships and effectively negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
