Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager responsible for defining, developing, and managing the roadmap of our financial product platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our financial systems meet the evolving needs of the organization and contribute to streamlined financial operations, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Workflows Management: Ensure seamless integration and workflows between financial systems and other relevant platforms within the organization. Monitor data integrity and accuracy, implementing controls to maintain reliable financial data.
• ERP Financial Operations Enablement: Manage financial data and workflows within and connecting to our ERP (Dynamics365).
• Product Performance and Documentation: Define, own, and deliver key metrics to measure the success and performance of financial systems. Continuously monitor these metrics to identify areas for improvement and track product effectiveness. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications, to aid in effective product usage and communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on industry trends, and gather feedback from internal users to identify pain points, user needs, and opportunities for product enhancements. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements and feature prioritization.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our financial systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Finance teams, Engineering, and Baldor leadership, to align the product vision with the organization's financial goals.
• Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams during product launches, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across departments. Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by delivering presentations, demos, and training to stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in fields related to the role - Financial Systems, Financial Analytics, Financial Systems Owner
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical background and familiarity with software development processes, preferably with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation and a desire to create exceptional products.
• Experience with Product and Technology tooling is a plus, such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, etc.
