Value you will deliver:
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for Workhuman's Front End Platform and leverage the support of our global organization to deliver breakthrough products for our employee end-users around the world
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to help define and deliver an API-first application platform with functionality like product templates, UI component library, and configuration UX
  • Clearly articulate and manage product & business needs. Build trust, respect and confidence with the team and guide them to the 'why' behind roadmap priorities
  • Break down and refine epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with a clear focus on always delivering business value
  • Lead one or more dedicated engineering teams through definition to release along with your Delivery Lead counterpart
  • Build and maintain an active backlog working with engineering and other partners to prioritize projects in alignment with desired business outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on status, scope and schedule changes and risks
  • Use product data, modelling and analytics to plan, measure and improve performance
  • Be an active participant in customer management in an ongoing effort to develop with needs, motivations and goals of customer personas as a key driver

Skills you will bring:
  • 4+ years of product management experience blending technical and business vantage points
  • Success with cloud-based SaaS product releases and innovation in the changing dynamics of an existing or emerging market
  • UI or design background including management of products intended to support software developers and designers
  • Experience in an agile development environment launching new products
  • Excellent communication skills especially the ability to communicate concepts and processes in a concise and instructive manner over several communication channels
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also managing multiple projects independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration is preferred
  • HR and B2b2c or direct to consumer experience a plus
  • Ability to travel 10% globally
