Product Manager - Generative AI

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions at Blue Yonder. 

The focus of this role is building AI agents that work alongside our customers helping them further optimize their supply chain operations.

As a key player in the Blue Yonder AI Innovation Studio, you will work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of Generative AI in the supply chain and retail domains.

What you will do:

• Ownership over the product outcomes

• Lead the product discovery process

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and map them to outcomes

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in product management or product design

• A technical understanding of generative AI and the types of problems it can solve

• Attention to detail and empathy for the customer experience

• Experience in shipping high quality products from zero to one in a technical environment

• A love for building products at high speeds

• A tendency to self-direct and lean on your own prioritization methods to get your work done

• Proactivity in seeking out qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and improve the product

• An understanding that designs are always evolving and seek impact over perfection

• A drive to make yourself, the team, and products better

• Familiarity with user research methodologies, have participated in user research and testing, and have experience building prototypes for testing purposes

This role is based out of our Paris office. We're open to remote from other parts of EMEA where we have an office (https://blueyonder.com/about/locations).
