Product Manager - Global Partnerships (US, Remote)
Job Description
Summary
We're looking for a Product Manager with experience working in mobile marketing and analytics. Our ideal candidate is highly technical, an effective communicator, and excited about the challenges and opportunities that come from working with engineers, partners, and customers in a global, distributed remote work environment. This role will involve some interaction with partners in China, so speaking basic Mandarin is a requirement.
Team, Culture, and Product
We're a remote-first company spread across four continents with small hubs in Berlin and San Francisco. Because we're spread out, we try to work as asynchronously as possible while maintaining a few key synchronous meetings to keep everyone aligned (and also because we enjoy each other's company).
Our products aim to help mobile app developers make data-driven decisions about their marketing in a secure, privacy-centric, user-friendly way. We provide mobile attribution, reporting, webhooks, and data warehousing to help developers measure and optimize their marketing.
Working with Engineers
You'll work with our twelve-person engineering team to build and maintain products that are tightly integrated with our partners. You'll coordinate with engineers to develop roadmaps and timelines, manage technical requirements, and deliver products. You'll also work with product designers to provide our engineers clean and functional UI/UX guidelines and specs. Our product engineering team is based in North and South America.
Working with Partners and Customers
We maintain partnerships with major ad networks such as Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok. You'll work closely with these partners to make sure our product supports their latest features and to make sure our customers' campaigns can run as efficiently as possible. You'll often be working with key customers to help test these new features and gather feedback before launching new products.
We're currently expanding our focus to work with some key Chinese partners and customers. You'll be responsible for gathering requirements from these partners, establishing timelines and roadmaps, and working across teams to deliver joint products. The vast majority of communication with these partners will occur asynchronously, but you may need to occasionally attend a meeting during China's working hours.
