Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Product Manager who is knowledgeable in server hardware architecture with deep emphasis on GPU solutions. As a member in the product management team, you will own and develop GTM plan, launch and promote in-house GPU servers to internal sales team and external clients. The individual will need to demonstrate great ability to work and resolve complex issues in cross-functional environment. This role will be based in headquarter, located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):• Lead the launch of new products and releases and own the cross-functional implementation of the plan• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and to provide most efficient server solutions• Pro-actively engages in learning and researching on new products technologies• Engage with customers at various levels including senior executives, engineering, and product marketing to convey our capabilities and vision, and understand their challenges and requirements• Deep understanding of GPU technology and solutions• Communicate the value proposition of the products to the partner and sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process

Qualifications:• BS/MS degree in engineering field or equivalent background with 5 years of promotion, marketing, or product management experience in server industry is strongly desirable• Solid understanding of GPU server/workstation architecture technology• Business-oriented personality, solid understanding of market trends and customer needs and able to precisely promote in-house solutions based on demand• Team player mentality with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills• Extensive Linux OS knowledge would be strongly desirable• Exceptional communication and presentation skill to communicate effectively with customers

Salary Range

$88,000-$160,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
