The Online team oversees the entire user journey for Zoom's consumer and small business users. We find future users of Zoom products and then engage with them every step of the way-from sign up to onboarding to upgrade and beyond. With engineering, data science, marketing, design, product management, and technical project management all in one organization, we are able to move quickly to create meaningful acquisition, engagement, and retention experiences for millions of our users worldwide.
About The Role
Zoom's Online team seeks a creative, data-driven Product Manager to join our team to drive various post-purchase growth initiatives for small businesses and consumers. You won't own a specific product but rather will help ensure active users are introduced to and converted into our growing portfolio of subscription-based unified communications products.
Here's what you'll do:

• Partner with colleagues in Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to define and develop amazing user experiences that drive growth in key acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue metrics
• Take an ownership mindset and deliver results of product-led growth initiatives in partnership with other product managers and a variety of partners and stakeholders from across Zoom
• Dig into data, both qualitative and quantitative, to challenge and improve on our understanding of users and the frictions they experience with an eye on influencing short-term engagement and retention
• Partner with Go-To-Market colleagues to ensure that your work complements other upgrade efforts
• Combine creativity with thoughtful experimentation and iteration to find the solutions to problems that are most important to new users
• Have a massive impact on products used by millions of people worldwide

Here's what you bring:

• 2+ years of product management experience defining and delivering world-class SaaS and/or consumer software products in a high-velocity environment OR 1+ years product management experience and 3+ years of additional experience in a function that works with product management (e.g. engineering, product marketing, product design)
• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional partners to plan and deliver impactful products
• Understanding of analytics, business intelligence, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience high-level business discussions, in-product content, customer interviews, and technical discussions
• Comfort level defining features with both backend and frontend components
• Internal drive, customer empathy, and integrity
• Bachelor's degree required
