WhoΒ We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the growth of our innovative AI solutions. In this role, you will shape our product suite and initiate new growth strategies that enhance user engagement and maximize impact across varied markets. You’re a savvy, curious self-starter with a flair for working cross-functionally and leading complex projects from concept to execution. You'll be responsible for creating a world-class first-time user experience while shortening time to value. Cross-functional collaboration and a passion for user-centric design are key to success.

  • Product Development: Collaborate across teams to enhance growth products and optimize user journeys, boosting adoption rates.
  • User Insights & Analytics: Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and inform product growth strategies.
  • Growth Initiatives: Lead initiatives such as new feature launches and market expansions to drive product growth and user engagement.
  • Strategic Flexibility: Adapt to evolving product needs, aligning your expertise with project requirements.
  • First Time User Experience: Develop strategies to ensure a world-class first-time experience, focusing on reducing time to value.
  • Early Engagement & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and implement strategies to promote early engagement and cross-sell across products.
  • AI/ML Technologies: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, health tech, insurance, or analytics products.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and drive product decisions with actionable insights.
  • Empathy & Communication: Excellent communicator with a knack for empathizing with users and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Growth-Oriented: Proven success in driving product growth and enhancing user experience through innovative strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Instincts: Demonstrated ability to lead new initiatives with limited resources, showcasing a bias for informed action.
