You’ll work alongside researchers operators and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco NYC or London offices.

As a Product Manager you'll build products that help the world's leading AI labs and enterprises transform human expertise into better AI models.

You'll own a major product area with significant autonomy working directly with engineering and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into shipped products. You'll balance long-term strategy with rapid execution making decisions that directly shape the company's trajectory and bottom line.

• Advance the frontier of AI: Mercor is organizing humanity's expertise into better AI models for every lab and enterprise. You'll build and own the products that make this possible.

• Understand User Needs: Work directly with expert annotators customers and internal operators to deeply understand their needs.

• Understand the Business: Work backwards from business outcomes to make product decisions that impact business health and growth.

• End-to-end ownership: Own product and feature lifecycles end-to-end from conception to execution to sunsetting when necessary .

• Get in the weeds: Write specs and PRDs but also build dashboards and make small PRs to unblock yourself.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with engineering research operations and design to ship products quickly.

• Expert Network: Build products that grow and improve the world's highest-quality network of AI experts.

• Annotation and Eval Interface: Build the system of record for creating and analyzing datasets

• Research: Productize advances in eval science model-in-the-loop and post-training to improve the value of our offerings.

• New Bets: Launch 0 -> 1 product bets.

• Experience: 2+ years as a product manager prior experience in SWE ML or DS preferred.

• High Ownership: You take full accountability for outcomes not just outputs.

• Independence: Able to self-direct in ambiguous contexts creating clarity for others.

• Technical Fluency: Comfortable building scrappy MVPs yourself when needed to validate direction unblock engineering or accelerate iteration.

• Strategic Vision: Strong ability to connect user needs and business context to long-term product direction.

• User Obsession and Understanding: Talks to users frequently knows how to effectively conduct user research and customer interviews.

• Balance of Metrics & Vision: Equally comfortable running rigorous experiments and pushing forward visionary bets.
