About the role

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to build with us the next successes of Hexa, together with Ugo (Partner).

The ideal candidate has strong product & business skills with ideally an entrepreneurial background or an early stage experience.

The key for early stage startups is to reach Product Market Fit, deliver value to first clients and get user traction. As part of our Core Team, you will bring your product expertise to help kickstart new startups across various sectors and share your knowledge to the founders. You will be responsible of 2 startup projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• 📐 Conception
• Understand customer pains,
• Draw wireframes collaborating at pace with designers to build magic product experiences,
• Know competition and conduct market research.

Measure of success: feature success & conception speed.




• 🚀 Delivery (until founders are autonomous)
• Own the product backlog, lead prioritization,
• Ensure a delightful product is shipped,
• Track feature success and user adoption.

• Drive product rituals & ensure good methodology,
• Ensure priorities are shared with clear product milestones,
• Support problem solving & continuous improvement.

The job is based in Paris (75010). Full remote is not possible: we expect the Core Team to come to the office as often as required because it is where the energy to start new companies is built.
