We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Product Manager on the Home Entertainment Product Planning Team!

Summary

Define, design, develop and manages activities of the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, from product concept creation, definition, marketing, using and end-of-life in home entertainment product category, especially in TV and audio products.

Find new business opportunities, develop business plans and new product positioning based on US consumer trend and US market environment.

Oversee market research, monitor competitor's activity and products and identify customer needs.

Work with partner companies, engineering, marketing, sales department to develop new products or enhance existing products.

Responsibilities

  • Must have demonstrated experience managing large scale and complex digital marketing initiatives for a major consumer facing brand
  • Direct experience in managing digital advertising and digital performance media including search engine marketing, display, video, social and programmatic campaigns
  • Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally
  • Provide input into product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategies into detail requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Participate in product launches including working with marketing/public relations, executives and other product management team members
  • Analysis and pre-testing / calibration of product performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • Minimum of 8 years experience is required
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Interests for home entertainment products especially in TV and audio products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for documentation
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer electronics industry trend
  • Research, interview and survey design experience driving insights about segmentation, product positioning and market needs
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skill.
