RefleXion is developing the SCINTIX⢠biology-guided radiotherapy* machine that is the first to utilize the cancerâs biology itself to control radiation delivery, even in tumors that are moving. By using positron emission tomography (PET), RefleXionâs platform enables a leap forward in the ongoing goal of conventional radiotherapy to manage motion, and potentially diminish radiation toxicity, making it feasible to one day provide more options for patients with advanced stage cancer. Â
Currently, the RefleXion X1 machine is cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the delivery of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). Â

About This Role
The Product Manager at RefleXion, helps define and build products that meet company objectives and solves customer problems in radiotherapy, by coupling a deep understanding of the customer with bold, innovative technologies. The Product Manager helps create and drive the product vision and product strategy, which provides critical features and customer experiences to improve the world of radiation therapy. Â
This position works closely with engineering, physics, UX design, quality assurance, business development and marketing to provide value and influence with humility, bringing features and products to market.  The Product Manager identifies customer needs, generates solution ideas, and validates those ideas with real users and development partners early to minimize risk and maximize outcomes.Â
What You Will Be Doing
- Contributes to a multi-year product vision, that is aligned to our company vision, through product descriptions, product requirements, and product walkthroughs.Â
- Contributes to multi-year product strategy, that is aligned to our company strategy, and transforms the product vision into set of clear, actionable goals that meet company objectives and solves customer problems.
- Drives and assists with market and user research activities and communicates VOC (Voice of Customer) to development teams and stakeholders.
- Serves as product champion, both internally and with customers.
- Contributes to product deliverables, including product roadmaps, product descriptions, product requirements, and user hazard analysis.
- Manages the infrastructure for image and clinical data sourcing and aggregation in support of research, development, and deployment of products and services both internally and externally.
- Guides and assists cross-functional teams with prioritization, issue reviews, sprint/design reviews, evaluations, and demonstrations.
- Contributes to ongoing product sales training, customer training, customer support, and customer complaints.
- Acts as the âVoice of Productâ for external research partners (clinical and industry), providing direct support to those partners as needed.
- Identifies, establishes and develops the management of strategic partnerships, including relationships with customers, users, and key opinion leaders within the radiation therapy market.

Where You Will Do This Job Â
- Hybrid - This position will allow the successful candidate to work on a Hybrid work location schedule. Ideally based in the greater SF Bay Area and open to commute into the RefleXion office in Hayward ideally 1-4 days a week, depending on the role.
What We Need
- 3 years clinical and industry experience in radiation oncology dosimetry or physics
- Prior product management experience with a software product in radiation oncology or diagnostic radiology
- A self-starter. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Extensive prior interaction with key opinion leaders. Able to communicate effectively on a clinical and technical level
- Bachelorâs degree (science, engineering or computer science preferred)

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $220,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable variable compensation.
