About This Job
Commerce Bank is seeking an Acquisitions Product Manager who is responsible for the continuous improvement, evaluation and enhancement of Commerce Bank's consumer credit card branch and digital acquisition channels and is accountable for developing and implementing acquisition strategies to grow new credit card accounts. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated, results-focused strategic thinker who is fluent with internal relationship management and well-versed in creating multi-channel campaigns to effectively reach consumers where they are at - digitally or in-person. This role will collaborate with internal business partners, industry consultants, and senior management to maximize the branch and digital acquisition channel opportunities and achieve growth.
Essential Functions
- Develop, implement, and manage consumer credit card acquisition strategies, marketing programs, sales content, and internal training to grow new accounts through the branch and digital acquisitions channels.
- Generate recommendations to improve consumer credit card branch and web channel performance based on learnings, best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and present business cases for strategy recommendations and new initiatives.
- Closely collaborate with key business partners, including technical and creative teams, to execute initiatives.
- Forecast, measure, and report on KPIs for acquisition strategies and marketing programs.
- Manage efficient use of marketing budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 4+ years in marketing experience required, preferably in financial services or credit card industry
- Spanish speaking proficiency preferred
In office 3 days a week, work from home 2 days a week
