Job Summary
The Product Manager I interprets, implements and maintains new mortgage policies from investors and internal stakeholders products by creating and maintaining guidelines and product matrices so that business operations can easily understand and utilize them. This team member is also responsible for crafting recommendations on technology implementation for internal systems that regulate policy adherence. This Product Manager I will be focused on mortgage servicing.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of mortgage or other related experience
- Technical understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or 3 years of mortgage-related experience
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow product managers to stay abreast of upcoming product changes and assist in the implementation and announcement of new products or product changes
- Actively maintain underwriting guidelines/matrices for assigned products to ensure they are accurate, up to date and easy to understand
- Spearhead product-related technology changes as new products and guidelines roll out, and assist with technology partners to test and implement them
- Develop user-friendly resources regarding guidelines and products (e.g., quick references, useful forms) for business partners
- Translate and understand detailed credit policies and products
- Identify and resolve any operational, legal or compliance risks with applicable teams
- Conduct meetings to ensure successful communication and implementation of initiatives from inception to roll-out
