Product Manager I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in product development teams to support launch of newly developed products.
• Collaborates with wide variety of cross functional areas and outside vendors to develop and refine a product responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assists in Promotional Program Tracking and fulfillment
• Provides project deadline tracking for the product management team.
• Assists with administrative duties for the department including management of At-Risk Inventory and backorder issues.
• Gathers information related to competitor products and pricing.
• Collects data regarding market trends for review within product management team.
• Creates and distributes Product Change Notifications
• Contributes to the sales collateral creation, updates and distribution.
• Assists with Website/Ecommerce updates
• Gathers Voice of Customer information on various product lines.
• Reviews company website for accurate information, needed updates and consistency.
• Other duties as assigned.
