Product Manager I - Ads Tools

This role works at the heart of Pinterest Ads Manager - the central set of tools for how Advertisers buy optimize and measure campaigns. You’ll work closely with a fast pace team in a dynamic environment to simplify how advertisers of all sizes and complexity manage their accounts with Pinterest to help them get the most out of their time.

What you’ll do:

• Work with a diverse group of cross functional stakeholders to build upon our Sales Productivity tooling suite which increasingly leverages emerging automation and AI capabilities.

• Our tooling ranges the lifecycle from account growth opportunities sales prep campaign optimization and more.

• We’re constantly building deeper and broader to support the ever growing needs of the wide range of sellers.

• You’d have to navigate and work with several internal teams to understand define align and execute on updates and new features to improve tasks for sellers across all markets globally.

• Your success will be driven by your ability to understand customer needs work cross functionally to conceptualize then evangelize align and execute the next generation of seller tools.

What we’re looking for:

• Familiarity with Performance Ads

• Proven success in a cross functional environment executing rapidly on customer needs

• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and execute clearly with urgency

• Clear communication of complex topics

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
