The Data and Digital team provides innovative microservice and event-based solutions, utilizing open-source technologies in the cloud, to deliver critical data, geo-spatial, and logistic capabilities to our customers.
As a Product Manager (I) you will serve as the product owner to support critical business processes and drive tangible value to the organization. The Product Manager (I) will be a member of the Digital Products transformation office and possess experience in product centric large-scale business transformation programs that will change the way our employees think about organizing and executing work.

As a Product Manager (I) you will serve as the product owner to support critical business processes and drive tangible value to the organization. The Product Manager (I) will be a member of the Digital Products transformation office and possess experience in product centric large-scale business transformation programs that will change the way our employees think about organizing and executing work.
Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional teams, leveraging your business and technical knowledge, to collaborate with business and engineering teams to groom the product backlog and manage and maintain epics, features, and stories
- Work closely with business partners to define and measure product metrics and provide customer-friendly product experiences
- Engage with stakeholders to understand our most pressing business objectives, and prioritize epics, features and stories.
- Develop Epics, Features, and User Stories, and effectively work with the engineering teams to prioritize and manage the backlog
- Develop and implement product plans and manage communication and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Effectively engage with technical teams to deliver features with minimal ambiguity and clear use cases/acceptance criteria; include/exclude the right set of user stories to deliver the most impact

- Relies on experience and judgment to structure / organize work and accomplish goals
- May provide guidance or direction on project work to teammates
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and procedures of field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
- Agile certifications preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in Information Technology or Digital Technology roles
- 2+ years' product management and/or product owner experience
- 2+ years' experience in product management/development delivering software by identifying business opportunities, building, and grooming epics and stories, and collaborating with engineers on executing a product roadmap
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably in an Agile environment
- Excellent teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
