Job Description

As a Product Manager I, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and direction of our product. Collaborating closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to the development of new products and services. Your responsibilities will include market research, product roadmaps, specifications, and ongoing support. This Product Manager I role is focused on media and digital advertising products and is responsible for stewarding the strategic vision of creating a more unified marketing technology ecosystem to support the short and long-term business goals of our performance and growth marketing partners.

Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap: Assist in defining and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategies and known product objectives.

Customer-Centric Approach: Understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and map objectives to customer value and business strategies.

Vision Definition: Leverage market research, competitive analysis, user data, and company objectives to shape the product vision.

User Insights: Monitor audience data and needs to inform product decisions, supporting ongoing strategies and innovation.

Expertise and Collaboration: Exhibit expertise within your product area and collaborate with interdependent teams to prioritize goals.

Requirements Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and executives. Develop clear product documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and specifications.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development.

Product Operations: Facilitate day-to-day aspects of product operations, including project status coordination, software releases, and post-launch reviews. Incorporate feedback into feature enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience with MarTech technology to create, execute, manage, and measure online and offline content, campaigns, and customer experiences.
  • Enthusiasm for designing digital products with a supporter-centered and outcome-directed approach.
  • Comfortable in an agile environment, embracing rapid iteration, experimentation, and prototyping.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
