Position Summary

As the Product Manager – Identity you will be responsible for product planning activities, including developing product strategy, roadmap, and pricing, as well as authoring of product specifications. This role is also responsible for developing the go to market activities and materials for all relevant products.

This individual works with cross functional teams including sales, customer success, legal, compliance, info sec, implementation, data science, engineering, operations, and customer support to maintain a 360 degree view of their products and to be the central point of synthesis. This role also has client-facing responsibilities. This position is an analytical, slightly technical position, and even hands-on in some cases to grow and guide the future product set.

What You Are Accountable For

  • Manage & prioritize roadmap, partnering with leadership, technology, & sales/customer success
  • Manage enhancements & partner with technology to review backlog, story meets requirements, and ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Measure coverage & efficacy and partner with Prove Global Support to build dashboard 
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Information Security to ensure solution meets all necessary risk & regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Data Partnership team to prioritize, identify requirements, and procure new data 
  • Partner with Technology to create and maintain API technical documentation
  • Drive adoption and expand use by supporting sales, customer success, & data studies
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales to maintain internal product website and create assets for each solution/product, including solution guides, API fact sheet, Demos, ROI,
  • Partner with Client Success to resolve client issues surrounding pass rate and fraud investigations
  • Enhance Prove’s solution offering to expand into new markets and deepen existing relationship
  • Contribute to the success of Prove Advisory Committee (PAC) and other Prove-led forums to receive client and industry feedback
  • Promote solutions in the market through bylines, webinars, and social media

What We Require

  • 3-5 years experience product management, product marketing, or equivalent experience in a technology context
  • Strong technical background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development experience 
  • Demonstrated track record in crafting technical product positioning, messaging, content and programs
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience growing an existing product line and building new, valuable products and features to 2x revenue growth
  • Experience in a high growth startup with quickly expanding teams and aggressive revenue growth plans
  • Promoting, maintaining and enhancing our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion and leadership
  • Exhibiting a strong passion for learning our products and markets through in-house and external training
