Position Overview
Dutch Bros is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join a dynamic and growing Product team. Acting as the customer and Broista advocate, this role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The Product Manager will define and prioritize features with the mission of providing a best-in-class experience for our customers, Broistas, and everyone who engages with our brand.
The Product Manager II - Digital eComm will assume the responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of one or more technology platforms. This includes those such as the Dutch Bros App, CRM, CDP, Loyalty, Restaurant Technology and Customer Engagement Platforms, as well as the integration between systems.Â
As the Product Manager, you will serve as a team leader, problem solver, mentor, and subject matter expert on relevant systems. This position will work in a new and growing team with the ability to help shape the future of the Product team at Dutch Bros.
Job Qualifications

6+ years of experience in the QSR, Retail or Technology industry, required

Experience in Digital Products, preferred

2-4 years of Product Management experience using Agile/Scrum methodology, requiredÂ
-
Bachelorâs Degree in a related field (Business, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, etc), preferred
-
Expertise in product management and product development life cyclesÂ
-
Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping toolsÂ
-
Experience with market research tools and techniquesÂ
-
Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirementsÂ
-
Ability to condense complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders
-
Working knowledge of data analysis and reporting toolsÂ
-
Experience with consumer-facing mobile application development, preferredÂ
-
Exposure to Customer Engagement platforms such as Loyalty, CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Messaging, Online Ordering, etc., preferred

Experience with UI/UX design, and tools such as G-Suite, JIRA, Mural, Monday.com, preferred

Experience overseeing product releases for in-house and SaaS solutions, preferred
-
Certifications in product management, preferred
Location Requirement:Â
This position is required to be in Phoenix, Arizona and required 4 days/week in office.

Partner with marketing, operations, technology and other key business stakeholders in developing clear understanding of organizational priorities

Lead efforts in defining product vision, goals and strategic roadmaps across your product domainÂ

Collect, analyze and prioritize feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
-
Effectively manage expectations by partnering closely with marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure that all perspectives are heard

Product decisions, deliverables and timelines and proactively communicated

Work closely with development teams to provide guidance, clarification, and support through the product development lifecycle. Also, ensuring that solutions meet user requirements and align with product vision

Collaborate with user experience (UX) designers and usability experts to ensure that IT solutions provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience for broistas and digital customersÂ
-
Lead innovation by gathering market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, assess industry competition, and recommend strategies for maintaining competitive edge in a QSR space

Manage and oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple software platforms while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performanceÂ
Lead Delivery and Execution of the Product Roadmap:

Collaborate with stakeholders on creation of Product Backlog and manage prioritization efforts with Senior Product team, stakeholders, and development squadsÂ

Plan and coordinate all aspects of product releases. This includes: new product, feature rollouts, bug fixes, system enhancements - all while ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to end-users

Work with cross functional teams to follow and improve release strategy - inclusive of implementation plans, training materials and release notes for new releases, features and functionalityÂ

Collaborate with dev/QA teams to define test plans, conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine product features while ensuring high-quality deliverablesÂ

Oversee definition of key performance indicators and metrics to monitor the effectiveness and adoption of technical solutionsÂ

Work with teams to analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement to inform future product enhancementsÂ

Manage standups, iteration planning sessions, product demo, and retrospectivesÂ
-
Produce and maintain documentation related to managed systems including roadmaps, SLA targets, knowledge base articles, features, releases, data flows, functional specification, troubleshooting, support, training, and more. All to be consumed by internal teamsÂ

Serve as the primary contact for vendor partners including engagement between partners and stakeholders, escalation of support issues, and collaborating to resolve technical issuesÂ
Foster A Culture of Collaboration and Continuous Improvement by Evangelizing Guiding Principles, Best Practices, and Strategies for A Growing Team:

Collaborate with the Product team to develop the competency of technical products. Guide junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis, and execution tasksÂ

Participate in the development of the framework, continuous growth, and operating model of the Product teamÂ

Contribute to learning activities around modern agile design and development core practicesÂ

Work with the cross-functional teams to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps to foster a fail-safe environment for all
