The team

Kraken Foundations is an innovative division within Kraken dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of our back-office operations. Our team focuses on developing and refining the essential 'rails' and internal tools that are vital for the business to operate effectively and scale. We achieve this through increased automation process optimization and by leveraging advanced technology to maximize efficiency.

We work in close collaboration with key operational teams including customer support onboarding fraud compliance and extend our partnerships to sales marketing and account management. Our goal is to create robust user-friendly solutions and infrastructure that enable us to scale our operations without proportionally increasing our headcount.

The opportunity

• Champion the design and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise productivity solutions that elevate our organization's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points gather requirements and shape the product vision for our internal toolset.

• Lead cross-functional teams of top-tier designers and engineers to bring our productivity solutions to life ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.

• Drive the integration of best-in-class third-party products and technologies to enhance our internal tool ecosystem and deliver a seamless user experience.

• Define and execute a roadmap for continuous innovation and improvement leveraging data-driven insights and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

• Serve as a passionate advocate for our enterprise productivity solutions evangelizing their value and capabilities to internal teams and external partners.

• Monitor key performance indicators and user feedback to measure the success and impact of our productivity solutions iterating and optimizing as needed.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in enterprise productivity tools proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Skills You Should HODL

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management. Experience in a role directly related to client onboarding identity verification funding or account management would be beneficial.

• Track record of shipping impactful products

• Technical acumen understanding systems architecture and APIs

• Solution oriented highly-motivated self-starter with a keen attention to detail

• Passion for new and emerging technologies with a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage innovative solutions to drive business success.

• Analytical mindset experience with SQL data analysis and data visualization tools

• Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices

• Well-rounded interpersonal skills experience interacting with diverse personalities

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
