Product Manager II [Partnerships]
Job Description
About us:Â
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered over ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised over $100mm of funding from Transformation Capital, TCV, and SignalFire.Â
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive product strategy, roadmap and requirements gathering for all partnerships products.
- Be a speakerphone for B2B & B2B2C users: You'll lead insight generation and product roadmap development for care coordinators and clients.Â
- Work cross-functionally across insurance operations, growth, engineering and design.
- Ruthlessly prioritize the product roadmap, balancing both near term bottom-line impact and long term strategic value.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- 3+ years of product management experience, with experience in consulting/client services and/or B2B/B2B2C product management
- Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required
- Team Player. You are collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement. You have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- User Empathy. You relish talking to users, understanding their unique pain points, and using that deep understanding to build new products from first principles.Â
- Agile. You know how to think on the fly and persist through evolving requirements.
If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.Â
Note: Please upload your resume in PDF formatÂ
The salary range for this role is $145,00-175,000.
