Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

This individual will provide High Voltage Cable Accessories (HVCA) support within the North America and Latin America Energy market.• Provide technical sales support on HVCA (69kV up to 230kV)• New part creation to meet customer requirements, creating bill of materials (BOMs) and interfacing with Operations to

ensure timely availability of new product• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (quote drawings, installation instructions, brochures, data

sheets, design guides, etc.) • Independent preparation, coordination, and execution of qualification tests in high voltage laboratories (internal

/external)• Provide technical trainings for internal and external customers• Active collaboration with Engineering within development projects• Technical support of Operations, Quality Assurance and Purchasing

What your background should look like:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred• English fluency required, with additional Spanish fluency preferred• 5+ years of successful experience on high voltage cable accessories up to 230kV• Product and Industry knowledge about high voltage underground system• Previous experience in Product Management preferred• Capable to give technical presentations about high voltage cable accessories installation / good level of

communication at engineers and installers level• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision• Customer focused personality is essential• Straightforward, personable, active• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices• Project management skills• Cross-functional and cross-cultural experiences• Goal-oriented and problem solver• Proficient in MS Office, and ERP experience (ideally SAP)

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $97,000 - $145,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
