Purpose

The Shared Platform tribe empowers Engineering teams across Kueski by providing a robust and reliable platform that accelerates innovation enhances productivity and ensures seamless integration of services. As a Product Manager III for the Shared Platform tribe you’ll be contributing to MLE and Data Science projects orchestrating cross-functional teams and aligning project objectives with the strategic goals of the company. This role ensures that technology empowers both the business and its customers to achieve sustainable growth and financial inclusion

Key Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the needs data scientists have to deliver high-quality and reliable machine learning models and policies to be used in production both in an online and batch fashion.

• Overview of the initiatives definition and implementation for the MLOps initiatives making sure they address and have a tangible impact on the data science needs and objectives.

• Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with various technical and business teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives among tribes and departments.

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy from conceptualization to launch and scalability focusing on innovative solutions for the BNPL and microloan markets.

• Compliance and Risk: Ensure all projects and products comply with applicable local and international regulations managing associated risks

Position Requirements

• 5+ Product Management experience defining end-to-end products

• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.

• Knowledge and experience implementing machine learning models.

• Experience working with analytics and data science tools and methodologies.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
