This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as our Product Manager for Integrations. You'll have a massive impact on our organization, and will help create opportunities for millions of people around the world.

As a Product Manager at Remote, you'll be working in a key area for Remote with mentorship from other senior product leaders. You'll advance our pricing strategy by working closely with engineering, design and cross functional teams (eg. sales, marketing, finance, billing, payroll) to implement, manage and measure pricing systems and practices for customers and internal users.

• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify the most popular and relevant integration opportunities for Remote's customers.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for Remote's integration capabilities, in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering and Product Design to define integration requirements, design specifications, and testing plans.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and negotiate partnership opportunities with other software vendors.
• Monitor and analyze integration usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Remote's integration capabilities, and communicate these capabilities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience with Remote’s integrations.

• Solid experience as a product manager with a focus on integrations or API-driven products in a high-growth environment.
• Strong technical background and experience working with APIs, SDKs, and other integration technologies.
• User empathy and a passion for forming a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs.
• Great judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions.
• Demonstrable, self-driven results that have led to increased customer acquisition and retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business-level proficiency and experience presenting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
