About The Role
As a Product Manager, you will create products that delight our customers and drive business impact. You are adept at leading cross functional teams to execute on a product vision in a high growth business. You help drive our overall product strategy and work with senior leadership to ensure we meet our overall business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new tests, interfaces and new features for justanswer.com and justanswer.co.uk
- Work with customer research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence teams to develop a strong outside-in perspective and identify the biggest areas of individual and employer need and business opportunity.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity & product satisfaction
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Work with country managers to leverage existing learnings and tests
- Coordinate shared engineering resources to develop, launch, and evolve impactful solutions in English-speaking partnersCollaborate with conversational AI groups to deploy state of the art chatbots to our sites that serve millions of visitors annually.
- Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products
- Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
- Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements
- Work through PowerBI and Analytics reports to parse out details to build satisfying customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Skills
- 3+ years of B2C product management experience focusing on hands-on execution for cross-organization products.
- International experience
- Experience working on a platform
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and a proven track record of results
- Strategic, creative and analytic
- Know how to delight customers and how to use data to know if you did
- Experience building and scaling a product from the ground up
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute methodically
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
- Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Prior startup experience a must
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Manages time and meetings effectively, properly leveraging managers' time

Work Environment
JustAnswer US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Some teams do occasionally have the option to meet in-person for teaming, collaboration, or social events.
