Job Description

Product Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a portfolio of products/programs. Develops and manages competitive offerings by overseeing market research and regulatory requirements, defining product requirements/features, designing the overall customer experience and managing the product performance life cycle. May have interaction with regulatory bodies.

This Product Manager will oversee the commercial line of business. This position will work cross-functionally with internal external stakeholders to provide competitive analysis to our new and existing markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 7 years of work experience beyond degree

Skills and Abilities:

  • Healthcare experience required
  • Experience with Commercial products, CMS guidance, and the product development lifecycle preferred
  • Experience working with commercial plans and bid cycles
  • Self-starter
  • Experience in the conduct of market research, competitive analysis, and the development of business cases to drive decisions
  • Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage projects from kick-off to implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work independently
  • Experience in the analysis, summary, and presentation of business reports to organization leaders/regulatory officials

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office, Madison or Minnetonka, for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
