About the job
Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team. Trust Hub is Twilio’s KYC Platform (Know Your Customer) and it is the gateway to all of Twilio’s communication APIs. In this role you will own various Trust Hub products end to end where you will seek out to create streamlined and lovable registration experiences while also maintaining best in class KYC standards.
Responsibilities
In this role you’ll:

Collect business requirements that meet customers needs and collaborate with engineering teams to build products that customers love

Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these requirements into user stories
-
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning design execution and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics
-
Develop communicate generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision strategy and roadmap
-
Dive deep into KYC best practices and incorporate new tooling into our vetting process
-
Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments

Required:
-
Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management or related experience building customer-facing cloud products for businesses or developers.
-
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
-
Strong technical analytical and UI/UX design understanding.
-
Initiative ownership and accountability to decode vague priorities manage conflicting tasks and provide the day-to-day blocking and tackling against ambiguous and complex challenges.

The ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross-functional teams.
-
Experience with the cloud APIs communications and/or enterprise software
-
Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience

This role will be Remote India.
Travel
